個人簡介

張琳，女，武漢大學(xué)信息管理學(xué)院信息管理科學(xué)系教授，博士生導(dǎo)師。現(xiàn)任武漢大學(xué)科教管理與評價中心主任、國家自然科學(xué)基金委員會—武漢大學(xué)“國際基礎(chǔ)研究監(jiān)測與量化評價”戰(zhàn)略研究中心執(zhí)行主任、教育部首批教育評價改革研究基地主任、國際科學(xué)計量學(xué)領(lǐng)域權(quán)威期刊Scientometrics主編（SCI/SSCI雙檢索Q1區(qū)）、教育部重大人才計劃青年學(xué)者、湖北省楚天學(xué)者特聘教授。兼任比利時魯汶大學(xué)、荷蘭萊頓大學(xué)客座教授，Elsevier國際科學(xué)評價中心全球委員會顧問委員，國際科學(xué)計量學(xué)與信息計量學(xué)學(xué)會（ISSI）理事，中國科學(xué)學(xué)與科技政策研究會理事，中國科學(xué)技術(shù)情報學(xué)會國際合作工作委員會主任，中國科學(xué)學(xué)與科技政策研究會科學(xué)計量學(xué)專業(yè)委員會副主任委員，Quantitative Science Studies、Journal of Data and Information Science、《圖書情報工作》、《科學(xué)學(xué)研究》等期刊編委。

主持國家自科基金項目7項，省部級以上項目20余項。在國內(nèi)外權(quán)威期刊和會議發(fā)表論文100余篇，其中SCI/SSCI期刊論文50余篇。出版專著1部，入選中國知網(wǎng)“21世紀(jì)圖情領(lǐng)域高影響力圖書Top100”。 近年來在第四屆全球元科學(xué)會議、北歐科學(xué)計量與科技政策大會、ASIS&T亞洲分會、中國科學(xué)學(xué)與科技政策管理年會等國內(nèi)外重要學(xué)術(shù)會議作大會特邀主旨報告。2021年以來，主筆撰寫的20余篇有關(guān)科技教育評價改革的資政報告被中央教育工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組、中共中央辦公廳、教育部和科技部采納。曾獲中國科學(xué)學(xué)與科技政策研究會“優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者”、省級青年骨干教師、校級講課大賽一等獎等榮譽。2021年起，連續(xù)3年入選全球前2%頂尖科學(xué)家榜單、愛思唯爾“中國高被引學(xué)者”榜單；入選2024年度知網(wǎng)最具影響力學(xué)者（Top 1%)。2024年獲評武漢大學(xué)第十五屆“我心目中的好導(dǎo)師”榮譽稱號。
