個人簡介

黃穎，男，福建寧德人，武漢大學(xué)信息管理學(xué)院教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，魯汶大學(xué)客座研究員。北京理工大學(xué)與佐治亞理工學(xué)院聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士，魯汶大學(xué)博士后。武漢大學(xué)信息管理學(xué)院圖書館學(xué)系教師黨支部書記兼副系主任，武漢大學(xué)科教管理與評價研究中心副主任，全球技術(shù)挖掘虛擬論壇（GTM Forums）、“信息可視化工作坊”、中國科技計量與科技管理青年論壇的發(fā)起人之一。主要研究領(lǐng)域包括科技文獻(xiàn)計量、科技情報與科技評價、科技管理與科技政策等，在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文100余篇，其中SCI/SSCI檢索期刊40余篇，出版著作5部；主持國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目、專項委托項目、青年項目，國家高端智庫重點(diǎn)研究項目，中國科協(xié)青年人才托舉工程項目，湖北省軟科學(xué)計劃研究重點(diǎn)項目等國家級和省部級項目，作為項目骨干參與國家社科基金重大項目、國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃項目、美國科學(xué)基金、國家科技支撐計劃子課題等十余項重要課題。作為首席科學(xué)家發(fā)布《全球企業(yè)創(chuàng)新指數(shù)》（Global Enterprise Innovation Index，GEII ），入選第七屆中國科協(xié)青年人才托舉工程項目，湖北省“楚天學(xué)者”計劃，2024年度知網(wǎng)最具影響力學(xué)者（Top 1%)。榮獲第三屆中國科學(xué)技術(shù)情報學(xué)會青年情報科學(xué)家獎。
