On the afternoon of August 16, 2020, Project Opening Feasibility Study Meeting and Seminar on the Development of Library with High Quality in New Era ofResearch on Risk Regulation of Library Development Under the Background of Social Digital Transformation, one of the major projects of the National Social Science Fund of China of 2019, which has been led by Professor Chuanfu Chen.

Professor Chuanfu Chen responded to the valuable opinions and suggestions put forward by the experts. The experts' insights had important guiding and enlightening significance to the research of this project. The research group will carefully study and digest the opinions and suggestions of experts, complete the research work with high quality, produce high-level research results, and serve and promote high-quality development of national library cause.
