Recently, Department of Management Sciences, National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) released the notification that Professor Feicheng Ma's inter-organizational cooperation projectResearch on Intelligent Elderly Service Platform Based on Knowledge Management of Chronic Diseases(Project Approval No.: 71661167007) successfully got the completion acceptance organized by Department of Management Sciences, NSFC on May 6, 2019.After thorough discussion and secret balloting, the expert review team unanimously got the acceptance, and the comprehensive evaluation of the project was "Excellent".

Professor Feicheng Ma is Chief Scientist at Center for Studies of Information Resources, and Senior Professor at Humanities and Social Sciences, Wuhan University. His project studied the knowledge service mechanism and implementation of intelligent health, utilized the associated data technology to model the users' knowledge needs, and built the users' demand semantic network, matched the users’ requirements with the public health knowledge library resources, and researched the strategies that provide knowledge service from different dimensions according to the user's individual needs. A knowledge fusion model of instance fusion, domain set fusion, attribute fusion, relationship fusion and concept fusion was proposed, as well as the construction method of chronic disease knowledge library based on multi-source heterogeneous knowledge fusion. The cloud storage model of personal health data was established, and personal health data management system based on cloud storage was proposed, the system could achieve online analysis and pattern mining of multi-dimensional health data. Professor Ma cooperated with the partners to study the demand portraits of users in the field of chronic disease management. The project partners designed and implemented the intelligent medical care system, and the system would provide data support for the empirical research of personal health data management and analysis platform in the future.

Three international conferences were held, about 20 overseas partners were invited to come to China for academic exchanges, and 16 scholars went to foreign countries for academic exchanges during the research period. A great deal of academic papers was published, a number of software copyrights and invention patents were approved as well as software display platform was constructed. The project team members explored actively the research directions and application scenarios of information and management science in the fields of medical, health care and elderly service, promoted effectively the inter-disciplinary integration of multiple disciplines, and contributed the wisdom of the information management discipline to the construction of healthy China projects.
